I’m a Product Designer with a background in neuroscience currently designing and building the AI workforce at Relevance AI.
I’m known for stepping beyond traditional design boundaries as needed: owning end-to-end design, shipping frontend code with AI-assisted workflows, and running A/B experiments to drive measurable growth.

‘I’m Not An Engineer, But I Ship Code’ @ Atlassian x Cursor
I’m trusted by teams to take products from concept to enterprise-scale across AI-Tech, Fin-Tech, and Ed-Tech industries, delivering over 90+ **App and Web initiatives and 20+ pull requests to Github.
I’m also a solo Founder with 6 years experience launching bootstrapped products and scaling automations for Get Psyched and *Tutor AI.*

<aside> “I worked with Freya on a ton of projects but most recently on building out our meeting agent offering, and she was incredible to work with. She brings a really strong design instinct to both discovery and delivery, and has a great knack for turning fuzzy problems into clear, usable experiences.
What really stands out about Freya is how far beyond the typical designer role she goes. She doesn’t just design flows - she ships full journeys, writes code when needed, and builds her own slides with custom motion graphics in Claude Code so customers can actually use and experience the product, not just hear about it. On top of that, she brings a ton of energy to the team and is always coming to the table with ideas, opinions, and enthusiasm. She’d be a huge asset to any team.”

<aside> “Freya brings relentless energy and clear ownership to every project she touches. She actively seeks out customer pain points and turns them into practical improvements.
One example is her work on technical error messages. She noticed that all our error messages in the platform were very technical with no clear explanation of how to fix them. Instead of treating them as engineering artefacts, she reframed them for non-technical users, formed a small cross-functional triad, and drove work through to delivery so the messages could be understood by non-technical users with clear call-to-actions. This work was innovative, leveraging LLMs to interpret error codes, reducing the need for hard-coded error messages.
Freya also led the Builder Unification project end to end. She brought together product designers, product managers, and founders to map the full agent-building journey, identifying friction across the experience. She didn’t just document flows, she created alignment and a shared direction for how the system should work as a whole.
I’ve consistently seen Freya take full ownership of ambiguous problems, proactively surface issues others miss, and push them to resolution. She doesn’t wait for permission, she makes progress. Any team would be genuinely lucky to have her.”

<aside> “As a design leader, one of the greatest privileges is spotting the next generation before they fully step into their power. At UBank, I had the chance to work alongside the exceptional Freya Stockman. I was blown away by her ability to get to the heart of a design challenge, her unwavering tenacity for problem solving and design acumen*.** The curiosity. The hunger. The spark. And yet, she kept levelling up and her energy pushed others to grow too.*
Watching her thrive from the sidelines has been one of those career moments that brings genuine joy. She’s not just a diamond anymore, she’s carving out what design looks like in an AI-powered era. The future of design is brighter because people like Freya are shaping it. And I couldn’t be prouder to cheer her on.”
